Mrs. Whidden has for the past seven years practiced exclusively in the field of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She has a total of 25 years of Health Care experience including being a supervisor of School Health in Palm Beach County, as well as positions with Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, Washington Hospital, and Boca Raton Community Hospital. She holds the Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner certification and earned an MS in Nursing from the University of Central Florida, Magna Cum Laude as well as a BS in Health Science Administration and a BS in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She is Board Certified in Family Practice from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Honor Society. In her current position she also utilizes biofeedback techniques to augment standard allergy and asthma treatment.
